Your purchased sample packs will be delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation, an email will be sent to you with a download link. Please ensure you keep a record of your email as it is required to access the download link.

4. Forgot Your Download Link?

If you have lost or deleted the email with your download link, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in retrieving your download link or any other purchase-related information.

5. Shipping for Physical Products

Currently, Tone Sharp offers digital products only. We do not ship physical products. All sample packs are available for instant download following your purchase confirmation.
